At the same time, when a serious incident occurs, it’s the leadership team that has to make fast decisions under pressure, manage internal and external communications, oversee the response, and answer to regulators, clients, and insurers afterwards.

Sessions cover the emerging cyber threat landscape and how modern attacks actually unfold, regulatory and governance responsibilities for senior leaders, cyber risk management frameworks relevant to executive decision making, incident response planning and the specific role leadership plays in it, and a live cyber incident simulation that puts everything into practice.
The Simulation Experience
The live simulation element is what sets this programme apart. Participants work through a realistic cyber incident scenario in real time, making decisions under pressure, managing escalation, and navigating the governance and communication challenges that a real incident brings.
It’s deliberately uncomfortable in places. The goal is to surface gaps in thinking and process before a real incident does the same thing with far higher stakes.
