We Are A Cyber and Fraud Focused Social Enterprise

The Cyberfraud Centre exists because cyber security and fraud protection should be accessible to every organisation, not just the ones with the biggest budgets.

We are a social enterprise, which means everything we do is driven by a mission rather than a margin. The work we do protecting UK organisations directly funds our ability to do more of it, reach more people, and keep our services affordable for the organisations that need them most.

What We Do

We protect organisations across the UK from cyber threats and fraud through practical, relevant services built around three core activities: testing, training, and community building.

Our testing services help organisations understand their real vulnerabilities before an attacker finds them.

Our training programmes build the knowledge and awareness that reduce human risk at every level, from the boardroom to the whole workforce.

And our community work connects organisations, shares intelligence, and strengthens the UK’s collective cyber resilience in a way that no single organisation could achieve alone.

Who We Work With

We work with organisations across the private, public, and third sectors.

Our services are designed to be relevant regardless of size or sector, and our pricing reflects a genuine commitment to accessibility. A small charity and a large corporate face many of the same cyber threats. We believe both deserve proper support.

Why Social Enterprise Matters Here

Most cyber security providers are commercial businesses with shareholders to answer to. We are not. As a social enterprise, our success is measured by the impact we have on the organisations and communities we serve, not by profit.

That shapes everything about how we operate. It shapes how we price our services, how we engage with smaller and third sector organisations, how we reinvest in the community, and how we think about the long-term goal of making Scotland a genuinely more cyber resilient place.

When you work with us, you’re not just protecting your own organisation. You’re contributing to something bigger.

Our Mission

Our mission is straightforward: to deliver accessible, affordable, and relevant cyber and fraud services to organisations across the UK.

Accessible means we make our services available to organisations of all sizes and sectors, including those that often struggle to get proper support.

Affordable means we price our services fairly and structure our membership to reflect what different organisations can realistically spend.

Relevant means we stay close to the real threats affecting organisations and make sure our services address them directly, not in the abstract.

Our Partnerships

We work in partnership with a range of organisations and key public sector bodies such as Police Scotland to deliver services including our Incident Response Helpline, which gives organisations immediate access to expert support when they need it most.

These partnerships reflect the seriousness with which cyber and fraud threats are taken at a national level, and our role within the broader effort to address them.

How We Reinvest

As a social enterprise, any surplus we generate is reinvested into the work. That means developing new services, expanding access to training, supporting the UK’s cyber security community, and ensuring that the organisations who need our help the most are never priced out of getting it.

It also means we take a long view. We’re not optimising for this quarter. We’re building something that makes the UK more resilient over time.
